Baltic Light Chain – connecting Tallinn, Vilnius, Riga, Gdansk – was all about encounters. Wonderful complementary visions of Light and the City, Art and Festival. Particularly impressive were the talks by Marco Brianza and Dominik Lejman, lesson in how art can establish with Technology and the City a deeper dialogue than what we are used to witness. Other brilliant participants were Bettina Pelz and Johanna-Mai Vihalem, all fantstically ‘orchestrated’ by Diana Civle and our friends from Riga, not forgetting Indrek Leht from Tallinn’s Lux Matrix.
